City Road, London - Chiller Replacement

A particularly tricky chiller replacement project as the original chiller was bespoke with unusual dimensions. Due to height restrictions and cost implications, a dimensionally like for like replacement was not feasible. With some careful plant selection and a support frame designed alongside a structural engineer, we designed a bespoke mounting frame which allowed the replacement chiller to sit below the roof line which was the limiting factor and utilise the existing pad supports.

Warehouses, Cambridge

A development of four new build, 3500m2 warehouses on the outskirts of Cambridge. Works included the shell services design to the main warehouses for future fitout, the CAT A fitout of the core/office areas, and the incoming utility services.
