Godalming, Surrey - Manor House
The full refurbishment and wing extension of an existing 25,000 sqft, Grade II listed country manor house located in Surrey, situated on a 20 acre plot. The property has internal and external pools, a remote house plant room, extensive wine cellar and vast irrigation systems for the gardens and Koi pond. The services were designed in a plant room remote from the property to maintain the quiet in its rural setting.

Dorking, Surrey - Manor House
Currently under construction, the refurbishment, extension and basement addition of a large manor house, car museum, internal and external pool situated totalling 35,000 sqft on a 60 acre estate.
The entire development is heated and cooled via ground source heat pumps. Extensive and detailed energy modelling was undertaken to ensure the heat pumps and bore hole array was efficiently sized.

The Plantation - Stock, Essex
A new 10,000 sqft extension and basement to a new build 15,000 sqft country manor house set in 8 acres of Essex countryside consisting of a supercar garage, extensive gym and training facilities, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen area and completely sunken automated glass walls spanning 8 metres. The clients wanted a modern appearance with fare faced concrete as a contrast to the traditional appearance of the main house. All electrical services & ducts were designed to route within the concrete before pouring to provide a clean look. Services design including lighting, power, ventilation, drainage, comfort cooling and heating systems with a remote external boiler house. Close liaison with the pool specialist was required to achieve the client requirements for a clean, modern aesthetic.

Spring Ponds - Ongar, Essex
A new build home 10,00 sqft country manor house with and separate 4,000 sqft pool house located in the Essex consisting of a large basement, ground first and second floor, and full size outdoor 3G football pitch and pool building addition, containing pool with rising floor, gym and changing facilities.. Services included basement ventilation systems, underfloor heating and classic radiators, high performance showers and hot water facilities, full AV, CCTV and security systems, Lutron lighting dimming controls.

Private Manor House, Essex
A complete demolition and rebuild project of a rural Manor House property in the Essex countryside, consisting of basement and two floors above ground, located on a 2 acre plot. Unique to the property was a full size 5 a side, 3G football pitch and swimming pool. Services consisted of high performance showers, underfloor heating, central ventilation, comfort cooling throughout, AV/Sound Systems throughout and Lutron dimming system throughout.
